
Hardy Gru
Hardy Gru is a theatre director, designer, and scenographer working across contemporary performance, installation, and visual theatre. With a background in fine art and spatial design, his work bridges the visual and performing arts, focusing on embodied space, materiality, and sensory dramaturgy. He is the Artistic Director of Theatre NoN, an internationally active company creating experimental and interdisciplinary work. Hardy has worked on numerous theatre projects in England, Europe, and Asia, collaborating with ensembles, site-specific productions, and hybrid platforms. He also facilitates workshops internationally, sharing his approach to scenographic thinking and spatial storytelling. His practice is driven by the politics of space and the poetics of transformation.
